Life design exercise – with life transition coach Tara Barot – Here’s an exercise I repeat between every 3 to 9 months depending the need. The longer periods happen when I’m in the middle of the plan and everything is still aligned.
When I feel a misalignment is happening, I redo the exercise. It takes me 10 to 20 mins to go through it. How do I feel a misalignment? – I’m feeling off. The projects I’m going to work on do not lift me up as much as usual. And yes, I am for all the projects I take on to energised me throughout, even in tougher times.
