We all change.

the saying:

you can’t teach an old dog new tricks

  1. a limiting belief
  2. a reason not to learn something new
  3. making it ok for you to be lazy

Founder of KFC, Colonel Sanders opened his first KFC franchise when he was 62 years old.

I don’t normally assume, but in this instance I’m guessing that the average of people who are reading this is 31 years old.

You’re only half way there. So you saying you can’t change, learn new things I won’t believe it.

We all change. All of you yes.

First learning, growth is necessary for you to stay younger.

Yup, using your brain daily and learning, keeps neuroplasticity going. and that keeps you young physically and mentally.

and it’s free!

How can you enable more learning?

use your home environment

think of what you’ve been wanting to do for a while

then think how you can set it up in your home, so that’s it’s visible and you want to do it more.

by creating a space for it, you’ll create a trigger for you to do this

trigger engages action

What’s one thing you’re going to learn?

read mine in the first comment below

Are you going to remove the saying you can’t teach an old dog new tricks from your vocabulary? Yes or No?

The picture: my parents – me at 2 years old
